Disliked: We were unable to stay there! It was dirty, run down, light switches didn’t work, didn’t feel safe.We canceled after seeing the room. This was the first time I have been unhappy with Booking .com .

Disliked: Beds too hard, HVAC unit extremely loud, people outside smoking all hours of the night talking, laughing.

Dot heads price gouging

Liked: The restaurant had good food, friendly staff & cheap beverages!
Disliked: The fact that they price gouged us and charged us 4 different rates while we stayed there over 2 weeks for work. We were put on night shift and not once was our room cleaned in two weeks! We complained but, eventually gave up with no results. The facility is old, definitely doesn’t look like the pictures but also not a crack hotel. It’s right there on the verge of it. Location is great right off the highway. I killed a spider smoking a Marlboro red in our bathroom for size comparison.
