No smoking allowed (tobacco)!! LOL!!!

Liked: No overnight security…some guests smoking marijuana and/or crack in the aisles in front of the rooms…definitively not a family hotel…

Disliked: I got to the motel at 9pm, I was traveling with my 9 year old child. I took 1 look at the motel and then the homeless person sleeping on the side of the building and did not fe safe even getting out of my car. We drove around the building just to give it another chance and the additional sketchy looking people hanging out in the parking lot, confirmed my initial feelings. I left the parking lot and started lookimg for somewhere else to stay. I called the hotel to let them know that i was cancelling my reservation due to not feeling safe and explained what I saw; Their response was, that’s not a valid reason to cancel a reservation and if you would have come in we would have called the cops on the homeless person. i said that was my point, i didn’t not even feel safe enough to get out of my car and go inside. I’m currently waiting on them to determine if they will give me my money back.

Liked: Location to everything was great.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was very limited and the same every day.

Liked: Our room door was swollen and had to put whole body weight to open and it was very loud. Microwave threw sparks and when I called front desk was told they would change it out next day well it was still broke when we left which meant I had to go out and get different foods and spend a bit more money to feed the kids. Used the bath mat towel to wipe up after we came from pool and it was black when done. The room also needs more lighting.

Disliked: The loud noises and construction going on around the area, not hotels fault but had a huge gap underneath the door so bugs were coming in and out of my room. When I got there the room smelled like they dosed it with old lady perfume and I could NOT breath. AC was leaking outside my door and was causing a huge puddle on stairs, making it slippery. Most of the AC's were like this

Liked: We book her several times a year . We get upset because either the pool or hot tub are out of order everytime .
