I enjoyed the location and...

Liked: The facility was new and clean downstairs but the hallway carpet, the room carpet and the tub were old and not clean.
Disliked: The old carpet and the tub was not clean. I think it was cleaned, it was just old and had old marks on it.

Liked: Could not sleep in the room had to get an instant refund the room stank the tub was 30 to sheets was not clean and the front desk new that the room was dirty but yet they still didn't have no other rooms available so I had to opt for a refund and still waiting for my money back
Disliked: There was nothing to like about the room everything was bad expectations was not met

Liked: We didn’t stay because it was smelly, dirty and didn’t feel safe.
Disliked: Run down, smelled of mildew, carpet dirty, bathtub and shower curtain dirty

Liked: Good value. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff
Disliked: Reserved an accessible room 2 queen beds and walk in shower since my daughter is on a walker and very weak. Staff called multiple times the day of the reservation to confirm the room. Ended up with a king room that had a regular, very slick, tub with hand rail so low they were useless. Room was also at the very end of the hallway so made for a long walk to get there.

Disliked: Parking lot was a little dark…brighten it up. Rooms could be updated some.
