Passable

Liked: I liked it was close to Universal, the pool was clean, everyone was very pleasant with the exception of 2 employees. There is everything you need when you get back from a long day if you don't want to leave. There is a bar, restaurant, small store for drinks and some snacks
Disliked: Very expensive bar, very small drinks, the breakfast shop, I would not get any pastries. They are very hard even when heated up. You don't heat a cream cheese Danish! The coffee tastes like they add salt. The garbage outside our room was there 3 days and even there when we left. There was actually someone's store bought meat just laying there smelling. I saw no cleaning or sanitizing the 3 days we were there. We wanted a dessert, and I do not recommend the lava cake. The cake is microwaved, so by the time you get to the room, the cake is rock hard just as the Danish was. So I would leave to eat somewhere else. Yes, I did say it was nice to have everything there incase you don't want to leave from a hard day of play, but choose wisely.

Lovely and reasonably priced hotel.

Liked: We stayed for 4 nights and it was a nice hotel. The room was clean, the pool was lovely and the staff were all really friendly. We were mainly here to visit Universal and they offered a free shuttle, but the main area (CityWalk) was only a half an hour walk away which we did on a couple of days also. The bar also offered reasonably priced drinks.
Disliked: The room had a slight weird smell to it but maybe that was just me. Also you can hear the traffic but this was to be expected as there is a lot of road traffic around.

Liked: Room was clean and spacious
Disliked: Right next to highway, beds were very firm.

Great hotel very close to...

Liked: We were happy to be able to book a room last minute that was much better than the place we booked originally. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The air conditioner worked well for us the whole time.
Disliked: The pillows were not super comfortable. The fact that there were a lot of pillows made up for the fact that they were small, measly pillows.
