Liked: It was quiet there's no hallway noise if you know what I mean there's Route 4 but you can't get a room that doesn't face work for it's an old time I'll tell a blessing
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like

Liked: There was no positive about this place except for the location and the restaurant inside.
Disliked: Smelly roomsMold in bathroomsNot clean at allNoisy neighboursNo ventilation or window access, existing windows cannot be kept open due to privacy reasons as it is facing the walkway corridor.Would not recommend this place ever to anyone.

Good

Liked: Good location, short walk to the shopping centre. Pool is gorgeous, but too cold while we were there. The free shuttle to Universal and back was fantastic! Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shower wasn't great. the exhaust fan in the bathroom makes a lot of noise, and unfortunately, it turns on with the light.

Acceptable and affordable stay in...

Liked: Excellent location, minutes away from Universal parks (walkable distance) and the Outlet Premium mall. The shuttle to and from Universal parks was great. Comfortable pillows
Disliked: We stayed during a cold front and the heater didn’t work most nights, they brought us extra blankets but it made the stay unpleasant. Beds were too hard and they never cleaned (we had to call to ask after the third day, but they didn’t even bring towels, pick up garbage nor toilet paper unless you called to ask for it.

Disliked: We expected a better kind of room. It was more like a better cheap motel. Nothing special.
