The room was not ready or clean by 3pm check in. They supposedly had a "guaranteed" 3pm check in. We went back to the front desk, and instead of asking us or offering another room,they told us to wait a few minutes. We traveled to get to the area, and I had an event to attend that night and wanted to relax. It took half an hour for the maid to get the room ready, and we literally had to shlep our stuff into the hallway and wait outside. Other than that, this room was a good value for the price.

Low quality. Disappointed

Disliked: 1) Toilet clogged. Service guy not available. They gave my husband a plunger 2) water in bathroom not cold but not warm enough. Should be warmer for winter3) shampoo/conditioning bottles too tiny. Room for 2 adults but toiletries not even enough for one person.
