The room was not ready or clean by 3pm check in. They supposedly had a "guaranteed" 3pm check in. We went back to the front desk, and instead of asking us or offering another room,they told us to wait a few minutes. We traveled to get to the area, and I had an event to attend that night and wanted to relax. It took half an hour for the maid to get the room ready, and we literally had to shlep our stuff into the hallway and wait outside. Other than that, this room was a good value for the price.

Liked: Location was perfect for attending my fathers funeral services at Oak Hill Cemetary. The breakfast was very good and well worth it.
Disliked: Carpets could use a cleaning other then that there are no complaints.

Liked: It was great. Neighborhood is a little sketchy so was little nervous about my company vehicle filled with tools and material. But other than that it was great.
