The room was not ready or clean by 3pm check in. They supposedly had a "guaranteed" 3pm check in. We went back to the front desk, and instead of asking us or offering another room,they told us to wait a few minutes. We traveled to get to the area, and I had an event to attend that night and wanted to relax. It took half an hour for the maid to get the room ready, and we literally had to shlep our stuff into the hallway and wait outside. Other than that, this room was a good value for the price.

Disliked: Room was not ready by 3pm check in.

Good value and clean

Liked: The room was really clean. The staff was very nice and when I asked for a safe room they put me in the room next to the front desk.I left my laptop and when I called they were so kind and helpful. The front desk clerk is sending it to meGood breakfast too.Convenient to the convention center.
Disliked: The sign on the street is low and small. It was a little hard to see, especially at night.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: The room was laid out strangely, most of the outlets didn't work properly, the tv didn't work, the upstairs room was kind of loud with walking around/etc, breakfast wasn't very good, the neighborhood was a little sketchy.
