The room was not ready or clean by 3pm check in. They supposedly had a "guaranteed" 3pm check in. We went back to the front desk, and instead of asking us or offering another room,they told us to wait a few minutes. We traveled to get to the area, and I had an event to attend that night and wanted to relax. It took half an hour for the maid to get the room ready, and we literally had to shlep our stuff into the hallway and wait outside. Other than that, this room was a good value for the price.

Liked: Free breakfast; fridge; microwave; vanity area outside the bathroom; comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room was not ready by 3pm check in.

Liked: The room had all of the great amenities, and was well designed.
Disliked: The bed appeared to have been slept in and the bathroom toilet was dirty. I had to clean the toilet seat before I used the same. My traveling business associate had pubic hair on his toilet while my toilet appeared to be urine.

Needs improvements

Liked: I like the location. Also, the facility.
Disliked: After sleeping in the bed. I was had lots of bed bug bites.
