Liked: The front desk lady was great. Rooms were very clean and put together. The housekeepers fixed my bed while i was away and put my blankets on top as well.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t honored on the second day without me using the free card. They charged my card 2 times but they put the money back and took the money back off again. It was a lot of transactions

Disliked: Booked us in to a room that was already occupied. The replacement room had numerous faults: No hot water , vanity faucet leaked, toilet constantly running. In addition, the landing walkway lighting to our room was non functional every evening. I reported these problems to staff with no resolution. Very frustrating
