Liked: We had an amazing stay at the Clarion Hotel Winn and would definitely give it a perfect 10/10! The highlight of our trip was the pool - it was spotless, well-maintained, and the best part was that we had it entirely to ourselves, making it a truly relaxing experience.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options that catered to all preferences, including gluten-free choices.The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Gävle, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities, top-notch service, and a peaceful pool experience made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Disliked: There was no safe in the room or a fridge in the room. Very disappointing and the price of the food in the restaurant was very expensive and the speed of service was very poor.
