Comfortable room and excellent breakfast.
Liked: Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms, good location, and excellent breakfasts.
Disliked: The parking for the car was convenient, but expensive.

Wonderful, I'd definitely stay here...
Liked: Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Room and all areas of the hotel were very clean. No issues with WiFi. The room was quiet, spacious (room booked 17 m2), and I had a nice view of the dock. The hotel is ~10 mins on foot from the train station.

Disliked: This is the lowest rating I have ever given on this website. In the past, I have had issues with hotels I’ve stayed at, but this was the first time I experienced such unprofessional and hostile behavior from a hotel.I booked the hotel two months in advance and expected a great stay. However, when I checked in and went to the room, it did not match what we paid for. The listing promoted an ocean view, but the room we were given overlooked a backyard parking area. To make matters worse, there was a personal message left for another guest in the room. The receptionist later explained that this was a mistake, as the original guests had canceled their stay, and we were moved to that room without proper preparation.Naturally, I requested a room with the features I had paid for, but I was told no such rooms were available, despite the listing on Booking.com. Instead, I was offered a downgraded room without any compensation. When I asked for a refund for the price difference, they repeatedly claimed it was Booking.com’s responsibility. After I reached out Booking.com and Booking.com reached out to them, they started to get more responsive. I began email discussions with the hotel, but they were still not willing to give refund for their failure to facilitate what they promote on booking.com. I proposed that they provide a breakfast voucher or some form of compensation for failing to provide the room we booked. They claimed it couldn’t be given online and told me it would be sent by post. Three weeks later, I still haven’t received anything. Don't stay here if you value your time, as even a small issue is not solved in this hotel.
