Liked: Staff’s readiness and friendliness to help with anything, location was easy to reach, albeit outside the city centre, breakfast was excellent and the general atmosphere great. The Rituals bathroom products were a nice touch.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Liked: Clean and good location so I could reach to city center by boat ( Number is 286 ) without pay in 6 min.
Disliked: Maybe could be better more storage in the room

Liked: A very new new clean contemporary hotel. Great room, modern, comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of dishes. Great spa area. A very hrlphul staff.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like - the window does not open in the room and air conditioning is set to a certain temperature which cannot be changed. I felt too hot during the night and every morning woke up with a swollen face.
