Liked: The hotel in its self is OK - it has what they promise but as you will find in my review, there are things to look out for.
Disliked: I visited the hotel between Xmas and New Years for a short get away - As we didn't know Gøteborg, we didn't know / notice that the hotel is placed on the wrong side of the harbour - you will need to take a boat or a bus to get into the city. The boat will go often in weekdays, but weekends / holidays, not so much. The restaurant was closed when i was there (and there not many options in the area other than competing hotels) - which meant that they offered food in their "bistro" meaning their bar - It has nothing to do with a bistro. Food was ok to eat, but at no means good. The server at the bar was clueless, i tried to order a "San Miguel" that they had a the menu, he has never heard of it. He then offered me a different beer (turned out to be an IPA) which was nothing like a larger, so not really a great recommendation. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast, but on the lower to mid end of the quality spectrum. Parking options in the basement are small and very expensive - they offer EV charging, but what they don't tell you / or they don't know, is that you need a SWEDISH easy park app, if you have it from your home country, the code to start the charging will not work. Thats just dumb solution that only helps a fraction of their guests. Who would know that a hotel has guests from all over the world.All in all, i would not recommend, or revisit. There are plenty of better options around.
