Disliked: The property has roaches and the the staff are not really trained to run a front desk we were told there was no rooms available at the desk but we book rooms directly through booking which turns means the clerk doesn’t under stand commissions dealing with booking versus just booking direct through hotel for $6.00 more smh

Disliked: The Clarion Hotel is the worst I have ever experienced while being on a trip to the USA. Because we arrived late and had to leave early, I requested via Booking a breakfast pakkage for us to take away. Also I requested two rooms next to each other. The hotel messaged me immediately this would be done for us. Once we had arrive, the receptionist, Mr. Shah, denied it and didn't cooperate well at all. After saying the hotel could receive a bad review, he changed our rooms to two ones next to each other. The other request (breakfast package to take away at earl check out) was denied. The hotel itself is dirty, unwelcoming and even feels dangerous. Drug addicts hang in the elevator and around. The door of our room didn't lock well and the room itself had an unlocked connection door with the other room. When we opened it, we found a heroin needle under it. The floor of our rooms where dirty and we also found two roaches and one brown marmorated stink bug. The bedsheets weren't clean at all and the matrases had stains in them. In one of these two non smoking rooms, one could smell the sour smelling air of smoke. Once we checked out, mr. Shah didn't say goodbye nor greeted. After driving for a small hour we needed to fill up our tank and discovered my creditcard was lost. So, we returned immediately and a new receptionist was there. She handed over the creditcard. We still do not know what mr. Shah did with it and why he didn't pay efforts to communicate about the card... The Clarion Hotel is indeed one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in while being in the US. DON'T STAY OVER THERE !!!
