Was good except being woken...

Liked: Never ate Breakfast at hotel. To Expensive!
Disliked: There was alot of Noise outside our room . Around 2 in the morning!!!

I would rebook

Liked: the facility was great.
Disliked: the TV remote didn't work, even though the staff replaced tge batteries. couldn't turn tge heat on

Very good

Liked: Front desk staff were very accommodating with my request for a quiet floor. Room was excellent, large, beds were super comfortable, very clean.
Disliked: Hallways were not vacuumed, debris on the floor in most hallways, waterside wasn't on each time we went to the pool, a maintenance sign was always up.

Liked: The hotel was great but they were doing some roofing work and began banging above us at 6am. By 7 the whole floor reeked of tar and we checked out early.

We had a great stay....

Liked: The beds were the most comfortable beds of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable.
Disliked: They were redoing the roof so it was loud in the morning. A little too early!

It was good, but could...

Liked: We liked the pool, and the size of the rooms. The sofa bed could have been comfier and there were some stains on the sheets we were concerned about but overall it was very good.
Disliked: The AC was out in the suites and the options that she gave to fix it wouldn't have worked for us so we agreed to stay in the same suite we planned to, however the fact that we were staying in this suite without AC, she did not offer us any discount for that.
