Liked: Bed was big and comfy, Good tv, great restaurant/bar.
Disliked: Duvet was light, Stain on the sofa, Location not the greatest, worker at the front desk was very unprofessional.

Disliked: Mattress was very very soft needs to be replaced you sink in the mattress

Liked: The location to where we needed to go was good.
Disliked: The outside noise was loud. We weren't offered new towels or new coffee, but staff always seemed to be cleaning outside our room. It would have been nice to know that they weren't going to come in to service the room as we were always worried about taking a nap that we would be interrupted.

Weird smells in room and...

Liked: The room was clean. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: When we first arrived we had to wait a good amount of time before someone came to check us in. Then on our way to our room the hallway stunk so bad of weed. And another time it was so strong of cigarettes in the hallway. I find this funny as everywhere in the hotel it states that it is 100% smoke free hotel. In our room we took one that allowed our dog it is 50$ a stay per dog. We found that there was weird smells in the room. Our cards to our room didn’t work most of the time. We had to go down to the front desk often to get it reprogrammed. This must be an issue there as our last night when our card didn’t work the people next to us were in the hallway as well because of the same problem. The sauna is not as warm as it should be, and it says not to turn it up. Also, I believe the first couple floors of this hotel is some kind of hospital..

I’ll be staying there again...

Liked: Rooms were nice and big, nice big windows, nice renovations. The best part was the restaurant/pub on the main level. Wait staff was awesome, food was SO GOOD!!
Disliked: The location, but you can’t change that!
