Efficiency, cleanliness and great standards...
Liked: Lovely spa, helpful staff and a great range of options at the breakfast bar. One of my best hotel stays internationally to date. Outstanding overall. Made the trip to Stockholm well worth it. Only downside was the parking. (I will not be advising anyone to rent a car for their stay in Stockholm or doing it myself again)

Despite some issues, an okay...
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room wasn't great. Hair all over the bathroom floor and a single body hair on the bed linen. Smell of drains in the bathroom and fecal matter on the wall behind the toilet brush (which was also full of rancid toilet water). Bed linen generated too much static electricity. Desk hadn't been cleaned properly.

Liked: Excellent location,very nice restaurant-bar for a night drink.The breakfast was ok.It was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The bed location in the room was not very comfortable.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth...
Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. First of all, there is no hotel parking, which is a huge inconvenience, especially since the nearest parking costs a staggering 459 kroner per day – way too expensive. Additionally, the sauna is not included and costs an extra 300 kroner, which should be a standard amenity at this price point.The worst part was that the receptionist promised us an early breakfast to-go, as we had a morning flight. However, despite arranging it in advance with the manager, they completely forgot about it, leaving us to travel hungry. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.Moreover, if you book this hotel through Booking.com, don’t be fooled – the price you see does NOT include access to the pool. Instead, you only get a small room, and you have to pay extra for any additional facilities. This is misleading and frustrating.Overall, this hotel is not worth the money, and the misleading pricing makes it even worse. Would not recommend!
