Liked: Excellent breakfast. Widest selection I have ever seen (yes, really!), including 3 types of herring (of course), but everything from ginger energy shot to chia starter, pancakes with home made jams and gluten free toast. Don't be late: end of breakfast means the curtain closes!Brilliant view (book rooms 'with a view' and watch the sunrise over the town and the fjord). Very central location, everywhere important is walkable from Gamle Stavanger (old town) to Oil Museum. Great 14th bar, (book in week or queue on Saturdays).
Disliked: No tissues in room (a bit unusual for Norway); no free biscuits (less unusual, but better bring your own).

Liked: Excellent location, nice facilities, comfortable bed
Disliked: No opportunity to stream from phone to TV (e.g. Chromecast), No staff to find when I was supposed to check out at 6am (they said 24h reception)
