Disliked: The additional bed for our child was not prepared. Following our complaint they brought an unprepared foldaway bed and told us to set it up ourselves. Embarrassing service.

Very good

Liked: I've stayed in that type of room before and it's always a basic hit. The necessities with a touch of luxury with the soap.
Disliked: The big pillow is a bit big but honestly not something that impacts the rating or the stay.

Exceptional

Perfect breakfast, Enclosed parking, Comfy...

Liked: Rooms are comfy and clean, but I really liked closed garage that after half day driving in winter time, I was ready to go again in the morning without any time lost. More on all of this, breakfast was perfect! I missed an opportunity to check Level 9 for the evening, very decent hotel. I will be staying here every year winter time for my journeys!
Disliked: Nothing with the staff or hotel, just there was loud discussions in the middle of night but the staff made it clear to not to disturb so it was OK after that.

Liked: My bad decision to choose this place to live. No coming back.
Disliked: Highly disappointed with the staff and facilities. Not comfortable at all. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Liked: The room was impeccably clean, quite spacious and had a window. I didn't realise at the time but I actually got upgraded since I booked a windowless room. Thank you!The receptionists were all very kind and helped me find my way to different tourist attractions around town. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful and had a huge variety of various foods. The hotel also provides coffee, tea and water to the guests in the reception area.Going to the sauna was also very enjoyable, especially enjoying the view over the town. I would definitely stay here again.
