Disliked: Highly disappointed with the staff and facilities. Not comfortable at all. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was impeccably clean, quite spacious and had a window. I didn't realise at the time but I actually got upgraded since I booked a windowless room. Thank you!The receptionists were all very kind and helped me find my way to different tourist attractions around town. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful and had a huge variety of various foods. The hotel also provides coffee, tea and water to the guests in the reception area.Going to the sauna was also very enjoyable, especially enjoying the view over the town. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: The welcome at the reception (Very badly received by Karin who deliberately ignored us and served swedish guests that arrived after us although she clearly was aware that we came first)

Liked: Breakfast location and variety was excellent. The lobby was very inviting and great to have a drink in the evening.
Disliked: We heard loud music on Saturday night past 10pm and thought is was in a room around us. We called the front desk and it turns out that there was an event at the conference center and this was where the loud music/base came from. This was quite disappointing since it didn't stop until around midnight.
