It was the worst hotel...

Liked: Nothing. The hotel is under complete renovation and we had to walk all the way around the outside in the freezing wind to access the ONLY door into or out of the hotel. This place was a mess! It should be closed for renovation!
Disliked: Everything! I have never stayed in a worse hotel. The staff is not hotel quality. The night attendant was nice but they are hidden way behind a tall panel that you have to look over and down to talk to. The “ amazing” breakfast was awful! There were two people, a woman and an old disheveled man asleep in a booth and no one to man the omelette bar. The coffee was like coffee flavored water. It was barely brown, like stained water. Even the orange juice and waffle mix was watered down. Everything in the hotel was a mess. Torn up with rooms full of stored items from other parts of the building. The heater in the room was SO loud that it kept me awake all night. It just sucked. The whole experience has made me stop using Booking.com entirely because the reviews are so off from what I end up experiencing. This is not the only hotel I have stayed at that is the polar opposite of what I read in the reviews.

Unprofessional Night Shift female staff...

Liked: The breakfast was nice and the morning stay were kind.
Disliked: The night shift staff argued with me saying that I didn’t have a booking because she had already pulled the night shift bookings. She said, “I can’t stand Booking.com because they are supposed to pick up the phone and call and let us know if somebody is coming in after hours or has booked after 10 PM.” She found my reservation after about 10 minutes and I was able to book our room. My family anxiously awaited in the car, not knowing if we would be able to stay in the room that we had already paid for.

Liked: Right off the interstate with places to eat within walking distance.
Disliked: They are doing construction on the property and very messy. The front counter staff was not friendly at all. Says they are pet friendly but are going to be none pet friendly. No place for your pet to do its business and the room smelled like cat piss.
