Perfect location for getaway in...

Liked: Location is great as close to 'everything'. We walk across town to visit Museum of Art, Cosy shopping at HAGA, came back along the water.Breakfast is Fantastic (but crowded in the WE as expected, don't wait last minute), many varieties of foods including gluten free.Room is fine (went the extra mile to have extra sq). Duvet and pillows were top as I would always expect in the Nordic countries.Rituals products in the bathroom were appreciated by Madam. (Nice to see big refillable bottles, no waster with small ones).Ground floor current renovation (building the longest bar !) did not bother us from the 6th floor nor the noisy ambiance after hours from the current bar.
Disliked: Parking is a mess (I know we should use public transportation but had to pick up friends day after at airport then move up to Stenungsbaden Yacht Club for an Anniversary). We had to Park at Nordstan. Swedish way, not barrier. Paid at hotel for the 2 nights but day after got email it was cancelled ? Reception told us to forgot about it as 'system hiccup'.Guests should be reminded to be quiet at 10pm when walking in corridors, we were woken up during out two nights either very late evening after midnight or early morning....).Curtains in room could use some update and improvement as too 'light' to my taste, I was waken up by morning light (yes it was sunny that weekend in GOT).Accessing the swimming pool should be included in room price. Pity you have to pay extra to access pool (not even privatized, just included in a time slot).Minor : Bath is rather very small. In fact; no possible to bath with a normal size.

Amazing stay for a really...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! There was a huge selection of food and it was really good quality and tasty. The servers were kind of snooty though and pays less attention. Room was amazing, spacious, comfortable and clean. It made me just want to stay in bed the whole day.Location was very accessible as well. It was right in front of the Central Station and there were tram stops everywhere across the hotel. So it was so easy and convenient to go around the city from the hotel. The staff in the reception were also very kind and accommodating! <3
Disliked: I just did not like how there was construction in the hotel, so there was just a bit of convenience going around the property. But isn't really much of a big deal.
