Room freezing

Liked: Modern, gym on site, friendly staff
Disliked: Room was absolutely freezing. Heater in the room didn’t give out enough heat and was noisy. The additional portable heater provided was not enough to heat the room. Disappointing as booked last minute, won’t be staying again

Liked: Exceptional value for money including the use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn't available due to it awaiting a repair.
