close to the arena, otherwise...

Liked: Close to the arena. Concert
Disliked: there was no seating available at breakfast. No one was even trying to help us..The same when it came to the loud neighbors next door. the staff did nothing when we told them. It was loud until 3 at night!

Very pleasant

Liked: Very good choice of breakfast, the surroundings and location were very nice and of easy access to the town centre.
Disliked: A bit longer than expected to have room service.The air conditioning seem no to be working properly, the room was not warm enough for my comfort.Dinner not available at the premises because there was a group dinner taking place that prevented me from having my own dinner at the hotel restaurant.

A pleasant stay with good...

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful. The lobby was stylish.
Disliked: The parking slot was pretty far away. It was not convenient.The lady in the reception was not so patient in answering question, but it is ok, maybe it is already in the evening and she was tired.
