Disliked: I don't like that the staff is trying to upsell and take our valuable time during breakfast. I have stayed at the hotel 2 times within the last 3 weeks and at both occasions the staff disturbed our breakfast time with 'transactional conversation'. I pay money to stay at the hotel. I do not want to pay with my time as well. And I do not want to be forced to be dismissive of the staff to protect my time and focus on my family.

Liked: Access was generally great, and the staff were fabulous. The hotel interior is utterly stunning and the location is super convenient with the trams running from just outside.Nearby restaurants and other amenities are really good as well.
Disliked: Only downside was that the access lift for the rooftop bar was out of order during our stay meaning we couldn't enjoy the rooftop bar.
