Liked: Close to the Rodeo
Disliked: There was no Hot water. When I called the front desk I was told that their boilers could not keep up with a full hotel. Then when I asked about a discount I was told to contact booking.com. Their staff is very rude to guest that use other options for booking.

Liked: Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: The lack of a breakfast effort. An employee called in sick so no hot breakfast was provided and cold breakfast was not restocked properly. Very disappointing for the entire weekend.

Liked: The location was great for what we needed.
Disliked: We were given a room that wasn't clean yet and left our bags in that room to go let the front desk know and got locked out of the room and housekeeping didn't want to let us in to grab our stuff. Then accused us of making the room a mess!
