Much too load music from...

Disliked: Very load music everywhere, in the reception, in the bar and in the restaurant. For me it is difficult to concentrate/focus with load music - and I would think about 28 % of all people feel the same. We had dinner at the restaurant and asked for a more quite place, without so load music, but the staff was unable to find such a place. The staff asked the receptionist to reduce the volume, but they refused!! We paid the meal by card - everything was OK. 1 hour later the staff knocked on our room and claimed that we hadn't paid. So we had to to pay the bill one more time. The paying system obviously doesn't work as it should.
