Never stay there again

Liked: continental breakfast was ok. good variety and lots available
Disliked: bed was worn out. even after having to change rooms because bed was only a "double" not a "queen" as per reservation. Housekeeping was poor. Bath mat was wet when we got there.

Liked: Good breakfast menu, the fruit bowl wasn't good very soggy fruit, didn't eat ,sat in a lot of watery juices also warm.Like the fact it was pet friendly. Would go another time . Staff was great,and friendly.
Disliked: everything was good except, my bathroom and floors. they gave me another room ,the floors were sticky in both rooms.THE FLOOR HAD 5 PCS OF BLACK HAIRS ON IT ONE LONG PCS,AND A SMALL PCS IN THE SINK, And the floors when you walked around where all sticky, I feel whatever they are cleaning the floors with are not rinsed. I HAD OTHERS SAY THERE FLOORS WERE LIKE THAT TO. Staff was great. cleaning staff has to be on top of everything. will try the hotel again but if the same wont't go back.

Liked: The staff were excellent. The foyer was welcoming.
Disliked: The halogen lighting !!! In this day and age of energy conservation, I found it appalling that halogen lighting was being used. How wasteful when we're ALL asked to use electricity wisely. Big businesses need to do their part. The door to the suite was very hard to open (fire regulations) and bring in suitcases, etc. There was no way to prevent the door from closing. The bed had a significant dip in the middle. I had to put a pillow under my husband so that he'd stay in place.The suite was clearly used for pets. Perhaps this should be disclosed or part of the bookings on-line and phone reservations.The night light in the washroom gave off next-to-no light.The light in the entrance to the parking lot was burned out.
