Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.
Disliked: The air conditioning/heating unit in the room had an awful smell when I turned it on.

Good but they need new...

Liked: Did not have the breakfast although I am sure it is very good as I ate dinner at Ike's Pub there and it was excellent. Would go back there just for the food. But for breakfast, I just didn't think I should have to pay an additional $10 for breakfast when I was already paying a high price for the room.
Disliked: The rooms and bathroom were very clean but the furniture left something to be desired. Pillows on bed were great but mattress was in need of replacement. Also, the small sofa in the room was so dirty I wouldn't even put my luggage on it. it was all stained and pretty gross looking. The desk chair was new and I appreciated that but it was so light that every time I went to sit on it, it slid on the floors. Elderly guests should be careful with that.
