Liked: Had a few issues, one with the hot water and then one with the shower head. But I can say the staff handed it extremely well they gave us a new room for the hot water issue and maintenance came in very soon after the issue with the shower head. So all in all they're doing a great job as far as guest satisfaction. I know a lot of the hotel is under renovation, so with that said bang for your buck this is still the best spot in town.

Liked: The staff is nice and you have a problem they come within the 30 minutes to an hour.
Disliked: Some of the hallways are very cold. The breakfast room is cold. I don’t know how they expect you to eat when you’re shaking.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no heat in the hotel so the hallways were freezing. The room had stains on the wall and it was filthy. The hot tub wasn't working. Our room was next to the pool and kids were screaming until 10:30pm. There was vomit on the floor of the elevator. Will never stay at a Clarion again.
