Disliked: The tub didnt drain The toilet every half hour made noise like flushing and clunking Anything that had metal was rusted including by the pool This hotel needs renovations and I will not stay again

Liked: The clerk at the front desk had exceptional manners and understanding. He new that the hotel did not make aware the pool was out of order. He totally understood I could not stay without a pool as that was my reasonn with my grandkids. He cared alot.
Disliked: It was very disappointing that the advertisement of the hotel neglected to show the pool was out of order for use. I booked at this hotel specifically for the pool so my grandsons that was going to stay eith me would have fun with their grama and go swim
