Might go to the Restaurant...

Liked: The only thing about our stay we enjoyed was the Bar and Restaurant. We sat at the bar and our server was excellent. She talk to us about the dishes we wanted to order. We tried the Indian food and she answered all our questions and it was delicious.
Disliked: We stayed at this property years ago when it was the 4 Seasons Sheraton and loved it. We wanted to go back for my wifes 63rd birthday. I called earlier in the week and said that we were arriving about 11am Saturday morning. Asked if that was a problem, and I was told no. we got to the front desk and wanted to check in and the woman said we were very early. After telling her about my call and 20 minutes, we checked in. Elevator has duct tape over the buttons, Got to our room, nice view and clean. Used the toilet and it would not flush. Went to call down to the front desk and the phone did not work. Walked down to the front desk and let them know about the issues and she said she would contact someone. 2 1/2 hrs later my wife walked down to the front desk and let them know AGAIN. 1/2hr later they came up and fixed it. I worked on the toilet 4 times in the less than 24 hrs that we were there. The Tank would not fill up and had to do it manually.

It was pretty good.

Liked: Breakfast was adequate- nothing memorable. The breads were very limited. No bagels the second day. Eggs ok. Fruit was limited, as well. However, the restaurant was really good for dinner. The meal in the evening was outstanding and the service was excellent. Probably one of the best restaurants in the area.
Disliked: The bathrooms were really tired!They need a good scrub and some upgrades. The breakfast was really less than mediocre.

Great location, but hotel rooms...

Liked: The brewery was nice and the front desk people were nice, but strangely dressed in tshirts and hoodie. Only the weekend staff had uniform.
Disliked: My first room had black mold on the curtain, water stains in the ceiling, rust on the lamp fixtures and literally wet carpet. I was moved to a second room and that room has ceiling water stains, broken glass windows, but floor not wet do I stayed. I was asked if I wanted to move again, I said no because I didn't want to keep hopping around. I was never given a discount or even had the issue addressed with me by management. For the price of 200.00 a night I felt this was not any kind of value.

Nice stay and would stay...

Liked: Location is great. Close to the SUNY Fredonia and the only Tesla supercharger for 30 miles.
Disliked: Some of the bathrooms still need updating.

Liked: I didn't utilize the breakfast meal because I don't eat breakfast.
Disliked: I didn't dislike anything.
