I would never return here...
Liked: Tried to get a refund, there was a fight and 20 drunk underage kids partying in the hallway at 1-2 AM we had to call the police because Staff was not answering the phone we were trying to inform them that there were juveniles or early 20-year-olds partying in the hallway and threatening to shoot each other at that point we called the police and they had to barricade the hallway. Eight officers came with police dogs. It was the scariest night for my children.

Won’t stay here again
Liked: Very clean and security was great However making any changes to our reservation should not be this difficult I had to call several times in the evening to get anybody to answer I simply wanted to change one of the two rooms that I reserved to be put in my daughters name as she was to get there before me ! He said he could not help me since I booked with booking .com That I had to call them to make any changes so after a hour a 20 minutes on hold with booking .com she called the hotel and spoke with the same guy that I just talked to and then he made the change supposedly! She told me everything had been taken care of and even gave me another confirmation with my daughters husbands name on it But when I arrived I found out that nothing had been changed at all my name was still on both rooms Luckily my daughter ended up arriving later than me or she would of not been able to check in This was Ridiculous You guys need to make some changes ! And as for the $150 dollar deposit I was told by a lady that answered the phone that the deposit would only be $150 for both rooms but when I talked to the guy at the front desk he said that it would be $150 per room Very high deposit But I was also told that they would hold my deposit for two weeks before I would be refunded Which is a Ridiculous amount of time ! Then when we went down for breakfast we just had coffee as we were leaving a lady that worked there yelled excuse me can I see your room number card just made us feel singled out as we did not see her ask anyone else She should of ask to see it before we were seated Staff needs training on better customer service all around ! Not sure if I would stay here again
