Disliked: Daughter stayed in a room with my mother and law. When they checked into the room, her TV was shattered and sheets looked dirty. She came home with bed bug bites ALL OVER HER. Took her to the doctor to confirm and that is what she immediately said they were. There was a crazy guy running around Saturday morning blaming front desk for taking his money and harrassing other guests and children. He was arrested while we were downstairs eating breakfast. We watched it all through the window. We called management for a refund for my mother in laws room and to let them know, but did not receive anything or a call back.

Liked: The location was great. The mattress was comfortable. The price was very affordable. self laundry service was easy although non-technical people might not like it.
Disliked: The staff was often harried looking and not really friendly. I asked for a few modifications and were told that they'd get back to me but never did. We made due. The room was dated and the bathroom was especially in bad shape. The shower head was not right. There was mold on the ceiling and corners of the walls. There was damaged moldings, the door was old and water damaged. They view was terrible. Could have used an extra blanket.

Liked: very little, except the cost
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, everything on the menu was almost gone. we had no choices. The staff was poorly trained, couldn't get anything right. Still waiting for my $100.00 deposit back after 28 days.
