Liked: The room was the largest of any hotel since arriving in Norway. It also had all equipment, e.g. a hairdryer, unlike our previous stay. The breakfast was varied and good.
Disliked: I accidently booked the wrong Clarion hotel. I meant to book the Admiral, which had a nicer view.

Liked: Location was great. The lobby was nice.
Disliked: The "upgraded room" was in desperate need of renovations. It was really best up older furniture too. My flight was getting in pretty early in the morning and I communicated with the facility and they told me they could get us in the room but it would cost a little extra but when I got there at 10:00 a.m. they told me my room wasn't going to be ready for several hours and since I paid for an upgrade they told me I couldn't get my money back but I could pick another room if I wanted to and it specifically chose an upgraded room because I needed a refrigerator so they made us wait until 3:00 p.m.. I thought I was getting an upgraded room but it was not really a nice room at all. Just the view was nice. And they only had one port for your phone on one side of the bed. So the other person didn't have a plug for their phone. Also, there's no phone in the room to communicate with the front desk. There is a board with the number but when I tried to call it it just kept hanging up on me and then when I tried to text it just said it wasn't available. She's scared to come forward officially but she

Lovely stay!

Liked: The hotel’s design was lovely, really friendly staff, rooms were clean and the bed was so so comfy! The gym and sauna were also great and no extra cost.
Disliked: Confusion around sauna and gym. You need to ask them to turn on the sauna 30 mins before use and need a key to get into the gym/sauna.

Liked: Excellent breakfast, super friendly hotel staff, very comfortable beds, free coffee and tea all day long. Gym room has two treadmills, a cross-trainer, a rowing machine, an ergo bike, a weight bench, a pull station and several dumbbells. The receptionists give out 4 gym keys, which ensures it is not overcrowded. Small sauna is comfortable and can be booked at the reception.
Disliked: Sadly the sauna became dysfunctional during my visit. The coffee/tea machine for use throughout the day broke in the same time, but the friendly hotel staff served coffee at the reception to make up for it. :-)
