Liked: The beds were comfortable and pillows good.
Disliked: We were there for a wedding and I called 3 times about checking in early. They would just say check in is at 4pm. They never took my name to check on the room. That is terrible customer service. I never use Clarion hotels again. Then when we tried to check in at 4pm their systems were down and couldn't check us in.
