Disliked: The staff was rude and not helpful. When I asked for extra towel the receptionist refused to accommodate me. The refrigerator didn't work , two of the lamps did not work and the water pressure inthe shower was very low. The hotel is outdated and looks cheap.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: There were people laughing and talking by the pool until 5am. My girlfriend and I were woken up several times. We were kept awake from 4-5am. Also dealing with 2 cancelation charges, even though I stayed here. Hotel management has been unresponsive, much less helpful.

Pretty good place to stay.

Liked: Nice room. Discount for dinner in attached Cafe. Excellent breakfast. Lovely center courtyard with pool, palms, rose bushes, bamboo.
Disliked: The bed had only a sheet. There was a thin, queen sized (for a King sized bed) blankets in the closet. When I asked about getting another blanket, I was advised to turn the heat up in the room. While I didn't hear noise from the next door rooms, I definitely heard quite a bit from upstairs.
