Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The parking lot was full and I had to wait to get parking which is ridiculous. I was in the 3rd story and all night long the plumbing would make gurgling noises. At times it smelled.

Liked: Disappointing Stay – Would Not RecommendWe were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We saw a roach in the hallways, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. The bed was hard, bouncy, and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The sheets were thin and barely provided any warmth.To make matters worse, the shower curtain had holes, and stains. We also had to search for towels ourselves, as they were not provided in the room. Despite requesting to have our room cleaned, the staff failed to do so, leaving us with an unkempt space for the duration of our stay.The television was entirely too small and positioned very low. When lying on the bed, it was impossible to see the screen fully, which made watching TV uncomfortable and frustrating.The hotel restaurant was also a letdown. Breakfast is retiring, and the pricing was unreasonable, especially for kids over the age of 9, who are charged adult prices despite not eating large portions.Overall, this hotel was overpriced for the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I would not recommend staying here.

Great Hotel in a convenient...

Liked: This was our second time staying here and probably won’t be our last. Our Room was clean and comfortable. Our family of five stayed in a room with two full beds and a pull out sofa bed and it was plenty of room. You can easily walk to Disneyland or to the Toy Story Parking lot. There is also a pickup for ART right outside the front door of the hotel and takes you right to the main gate security checkpoint. The cleaning staff was nice enough to make a cute display of our children’s stuffy‘s on their beds when they came in for turn service.

Liked: Location great, people nice and friendly.
Disliked: Very outdated rooms.Very limited choice in breakfast buffet, cook not available at 06:30, so a la carte was not available that early. Quality of the buffet was American, so sort of expected, but not high quality. Limited choice.With this price I expected more. Location drives the price, I get that, but I expect also something with these prices.I had a late booking, and i do understand why this hotel still had rooms available.Would not be my first choice if I had to go again.
