Liked: Clean rooms and quiet.
Disliked: For the price paid there should have been a complimentary breakfast - even cheaper hotels offer that.

Quick taxi/Uber ride to Old Port. Great location, room was clean and quiet.
Liked: Quiet; clean; on site parking.
Disliked: Bar doesn't open until 4p.m.

Liked: I really like the professionalism of the staff.When I had a problem, they fixed it immediately.They are easy to talk to.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that my room key wouldn't work after using it three times. I had to get it replaced twice.

Our usual place to stay,...
Liked: We generally stay at the Clarion when we have a very early morning flight. It's close to both the bus station and the airport. the staff is friendly, the rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable.
Disliked: This is the first time we've stayed here that there was some strong, pretty unpleasant cleaning product. We thought that maybe there had been a smoker in the room previously, but the smell in the room was strong. There was also a smell in the lobby when we first walked in and that was unusual, too.
