My stay was uncomfortable

Disliked: Dirty room. Hair in shower. Stains on bedding and blood on towel.

Absolutely horrible.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Cleanliness. Found dried blood all over the side of the mattress and on the mattress topper. Also found cockroaches in the bathroom after getting a different room. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel.

Liked: The front desk did refund our stay after I showed them videos and photos
Disliked: check in took roughly 30 minutes due to computer issues and what appeared to be a newer employee. The room had a must smell to it, we found bugs including a roach. The sink faucet was so loose it would lift 1/4 inch off of the countertop every time we tried to use it.

Perfect for a weekend stay...

Liked: It was reasonable considering what hotels cost uptown. The front desk representative had a nice personality and was very professional and patient. The room was clean and odor free. The bed was comfortable!
Disliked: The lack of annual maintenance was obvious in the bathrooms which was a turn off. There was no exhaust fan either. The toilets are too short!! We are both tall my husband is 6’6” I’m 5’11 it was a struggle with bad knees. The bed pillows were smaller than a standard size - very odd size for a king bed. The room is cleaned every 3 days instead of daily or at least on day 2.

Disliked: It was in a very bad location and felt unsafe. It was not clean nor was it friendly. It was tolerable but I would not recommend or want to stay at this facility ever again.

Disliked: The rooms were disgusting! The mattress was stained, there was either feces or vomit down the wall by the bathroom. The carpet was tore up and a cockroach crawled under the carpet by the bathroom door.
