Liked: The cleanliness of the room and facility was the best thing for me. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Parking was suitable. The location was great for our need.
Disliked: There was nothing about the ease of checking in or out. Nothing to report on lack of parking, room was very tidy no complaints there either. Breakfast offered was stocked even near end time for breakfast.

Disliked: Staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. We had asked for a room on a high floor when booked, although appreciate requests are not guaranteed. However when mentioned upon arrival we were told the room type was not available on a high floor. We should therefore have been informed of this when it was booked. We were given a room on the ground floor next to the reception area and stairs to the upper floor. Quite poor considering as there was hardly anyone staying at the hotel.
