Good location, thin walls

Liked: The hotel is located very close to Östermalms Torg. My room was not in the main hotel, but on Skeppargatan, in a former apartment which has been rebuilt to have about 10 rooms, a living room, a breakfast kitchen and a breakfast room. The single room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but old.
Disliked: My room was next to the kitchen and the walls / door eas thin. Being woken up by the breakfast preparation at 6:30-7:00 on a Synday morning when I planned to sleep in was very disappointing.

Liked: The hotel was very cozy. Clean and comfy. We did enjoy the kitchen, where we could make tea and have a snack or an apple. The Hotel was very peaceful and we felt like home. The location is super good, as all can be reach on foot or get a public transport near by.
Disliked: I would like to have possibility to control heating in the room, as it was a bit cool.

Great Location- Not up to...

Liked: Location was excellent in a great neighborhood. Room was a reasonable size. Many good restaurants in the area. Great gelato shop 2 blocks away- Stikki Nikki's.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the room. The room was not cleaned (even emptying garbage can) unless we specifically requested it. We were staying there 10 days and the garbage can should have been emptied every day. We also had to ask for the bedding and towels to be changed. These things should be standard based on a schedule. The shower arrangement was awful. Just some swinging doors that touched the floor but didn't seal the area. No lip to the shower area to prevent the water from seeping all over the floor. The bathmat and an additional towel were soaking wet every night. Also room overlooked the main street and was very noisy at night, especially on Friday and Saturday night. And with no air conditioning the windows had to be kept open.
