Liked: The hotel was very cozy. Clean and comfy. We did enjoy the kitchen, where we could make tea and have a snack or an apple. The Hotel was very peaceful and we felt like home. The location is super good, as all can be reach on foot or get a public transport near by.
Disliked: I would like to have possibility to control heating in the room, as it was a bit cool.

Great Location- Not up to...

Liked: Location was excellent in a great neighborhood. Room was a reasonable size. Many good restaurants in the area. Great gelato shop 2 blocks away- Stikki Nikki's.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the room. The room was not cleaned (even emptying garbage can) unless we specifically requested it. We were staying there 10 days and the garbage can should have been emptied every day. We also had to ask for the bedding and towels to be changed. These things should be standard based on a schedule. The shower arrangement was awful. Just some swinging doors that touched the floor but didn't seal the area. No lip to the shower area to prevent the water from seeping all over the floor. The bathmat and an additional towel were soaking wet every night. Also room overlooked the main street and was very noisy at night, especially on Friday and Saturday night. And with no air conditioning the windows had to be kept open.

Liked: The location of the hotel, in Stockholm's most up-market residential area, is perfect. Five minutes walk to Östermalms Saluhall food hall, five minutes walk to the ferries, 15 minutes walk to Moderna Museet and other art galleries. The area was quiet and felt safe. The Kingsize bed was incredibly comfortable. The Sunset Suite came at a cost but it was on the top floor which meant it was quiet and had lovely views over the rooftops of residential apartments. And breakfast of course. Fabulous choice. Generously provided.
Disliked: One staff member was unhelpful, but this was made up by another going way out-of-her-way to source a rubber mat for the bath. All the others were wonderful. Cleaning was done on request. As we stayed six nights it would have been nice to have the fridge topped up the one time we asked for room service, clean towels etc.
