Liked: Best breakfast ever, fantastic crisp bacon.Right where we wanted to be.
Disliked: Dinner (included) was very disappointing, particularly since the breakfast was so good.Everything was broken or missing, the door to the room only locked sometimes, from the outside you had to wait a good while before you tried to see if it had locked (which it mostly hadn't), but from the inside there was no way you could know if it had locked (which one must assume that it had mostly not). The included fridge was not there, it was obvious where it had once been. The windows were broken, one could not close, and several could not lock. The lift broke at some point, but worked again once we had walked down the stairs. The juice machines in the breakfast room both ran out, we observed how nobody complained - people found alternatives. Eventually someone complained about the one they had tried, and someone re-filled it, but didn't check the other. Observed again people trying orange-juice, which was empty, then settling for apple juice, which was the one that had been re-filled. No attention to detail from the staff (but a bit self inflicted by the customers). We didn't complain, as there was just too much wrong.My wife didn't like that there was a boom-boom type club for young people, with speakers outside in the street, opposite the hotel, however I thought that in the "party area" of a European Capital, you should probably expect that. And we were not the only hotel afflicted. The noise stopped around 0300 hrs.

Liked: Great location. Quiet, even in the city. Evening meal possibility.
Disliked: Problems with the shower, no hot water, blocked drain (fixed during stay). No counter space in the bathroom. Wooden floor in room in bad condition. TV located so that not possible to watch from bed. Carpeted floor in corridor. The overall impression a bit shabby.
