Liked: Breakfast was very good and it had a very wide selection. The room was a good size.
Disliked: the service at the reception needs a lot of improvement. Even though I asked cleaning, it didn't happen. One day one story was told, the next day another story about the frequency of cleaning. They just gave me towels, which I had to take to the room myself. Not quite service worthy of a four-star hotel. I stayed there for four nights with three different reservations and the rooms was cleaned only once...

Nice stay

It was a pleasant and...

Liked: Prime location, friendly staff, especially “Chef Thin” who went out of her way to make adjustments to accommodate our group. Cooking separate meals for us and even a separate dish for the kids. That made the stay memorable.
Disliked: Cleaning didn’t include a quick vacuum was done, that was the only missing thing. But Sheets were arranged , towels replaced, coffee and tea sachets replaced
