Pleasant

Liked: Nice staff at the reception, parking with charging possiblity offered. Small evening Buffet.
Disliked: Fire alarm in the middle of the night. Standing outside of the building while it was snowing wasn't nice. The hotel person in charge was not able to inform any of the guests what's going on. For my opinion very unprofessional behavior.

Great place and service

Liked: Great perfect position, clean and comfortable hotel.
Disliked: Very good. Great service by in checking as well as out checking. Fantastic girl in reception so very helpful and very professional. She was also taking care of the breakfast. FANTASTIC

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast is very good with many choose. Very good distance to central station. Staff is good to help.
Disliked: No fitness place. It is lots of noise outside of room since it is located with international Ferry and lots of truck driving in and out.
