Liked: Staff were very freindly and helpful and the meals were very good

Great location, service and food.

Liked: The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The meals included(breakfast and dinner buffets) were extraordinary. Excellent range and quality was outstanding.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were tiny. The view was into a lightweight for the dining room so we only saw concrete walls and a small patch of sky.

Disliked: The rooms are small but I think it's the norm in oslo.The hotel is off the normal bus and metro route so it means a 300m to 400m walk to the nearest bus stop or metro to get Transport

Amazing hotel offering that won’t...

Liked: Comfy rooms, great central location, staff and atmosphere were amazing! But the provided breakfast, afternoon snack, unlimited tea/coffee station and dinner meal just topped it off for me - truly looking after their customer!

Value for money, taco Friday...

Liked: Dinner included in the price. Good selection of food. Salads, meat, etc. Staff at the dinner, breakfast are was very polite and made our stay a very good one. Location was very good with a short walk to the tram station to take us every place needed. Also a short walk to the Central Station, opera house and Karl Johan street.
Disliked: Having to set up the extra bed ourselves and a small room. Old TV.
