Good

Liked: The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The room was better than expected. Small, but clean and remodeled. Loved the room and the sitting area outside.
Disliked: I had just wished the staff was a bit friendlier and helpful, and I wished the breakfast and staff was available sooner in the morning. The office wasn't open until 8:30am, and the breakfast would be after that time.

Nicely remodeled bathroom; off street...

Liked: Breakfast was delivered to our room in a picnic basket/cooler with a tablecloth. Location was very convenient within waking distance to downtown Carmel, with off street parking. Small motel in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed the confortable room and...

Liked: Excellent Location, quiet room, comfortable room, good bed(king), nice staff. Parking.
Disliked: The breakfast. Would rather have less items and better quality. Coffee not good. Only drank it once. Had to buy at coffee shop. Gave us a banana, yogurt, plastic container with cereal, small carton milk, costco packaged danish. Preferably—a simple pastry or muffin from bakery and goid coffee & A hard boiled egg?

Liked: Location was great but it is out dated and expensive for what it was. Breakfast was not great but could be improved by partnering and buying local muffins and yogurt, fruit etc.
Disliked: Out dated
