Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready They put my partner in an office offered him a tea but it didn’t come he waited around 30 mins and then went to see the reception finally the room was ready around 40 mins late when he got to the room it wasn’t ready there was no water etc…Also breakfast I had scrambled eggs which was poor I left it they didn’t charge me, I didn’t ask for this they just took it off the bill.We did get a bottle of champagne to apologise for the late room but we’d rather the room ready on time.
