Perfection

Liked: The wonderful staff, the beautiful decor and the quiet calm I feel whenever I stay there. If I want a vibrant atmosphere, the bars and restaurants are all fabulous.
Disliked: The bars do get very busy so you often have to book to get in, but it lends to the buzzing atmosphere.

We’ve been spending Christmas at...

Liked: The staff, the meals, attentiveness was all outstanding. Nigel & Christof in concierge, Mr Cibilka in the restaurant George in the main bar and restaurant staff were all very attentive. The men and women who attended the room each day and the doormen were always extremely helpful.
