My daughter says staff was...

Liked: I booked for my daughter. She said it was nice and centrally located.
Disliked: I booked through this app but I actually also called the hotel directly and made it clear that the credit card I used to make the reservation was to be charged for the entire stay. Yet when my daughter went to check out they said they couldn’t use that card and she needed to use her own. Of course she was able to pay the bill and leave but I had specifically spoke to someone regarding the matter.

Liked: Lovely decor, clean & quiet room, great location nr the Metro & only 2 stops to the Wizink center & Atocha . Staff very helpful.Nice to have coffee making facilities in the room.
Disliked: No mirror in bedroom, only bathroomUncomfortable & strange Half sized pillowBreakfast choice was good but eggs were cold & congealed ( asked for freshly cooked ones & got them in the end), a lot of the bread was dry .Another English tv channel besides the news please 🙏

Value for money hotel

Liked: The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the interiors are elegant. The staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The location is also great..
