Liked: The Location is nice, near the Metro and easy to get to IFEMA from Conde de Casal, also to Sol etc.Near the Parque de El Retiro, less than 15 minutes' walk.The Breakfast is very nice and the staff are so kind. I liked French omelette.The room is clean and spacious with bath tub. The water pressure is enough.Fascinating elevator.The bar is nice, and chicken poke bowl was good.Gracias por todo!
Disliked: If the breakfast has more vegetable and fresh yogurt, it will be perfect!It is not shopping area and there are not so much restaurants around there.The bar's chicken poke bowl was so nice, but the grilled chicken by the room service was awful, too hard.There was no complimentary water in the room, neither slippers.

Underwhelming experience

Liked: Our experience at this hotel did not quite meet our expectations. We stayed for three nights, but from the start, we faced issues. The first night, the window wouldn’t close properly and it was too noisy to sleep. They fixed it the second night but the window was still not tightly closed and because of wind blowing outside, it was still too noisy/ cold to sleep (the room was on the 10th floor). Although it was eventually fixed, the staff initially dismissed our concerns, which was frustrating. On our last day, we were surprised to find sandy (brown and unclear) water coming from the shower, and when we brought it up, the staff did not seem to take it seriously. There were also a few other minor issues that added to our disappointment. While the location and decor were nice, we felt that for the price and based on the positive reviews, our experience just did not match.
