Close to everything; very clean; nice atmosphere; friendly staff. We will stay there again.

Liked: The staff was very helpful; as a first time Uber user I was a bit confused with the app; within a minute someone from the hotel came over to help and get us on our way.
Disliked: Nothing.

The women at the front desk was very rude. She cussed and used the F word in front of my child. Another employee told us not to worry about her because she is crazy. Manager did apologize.

Liked: Rooms were clean. Service at the parking garage excellent.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and inviting. Our stay was on an extremely cold Valentine's weekend and the staff had a cab at our disposal in less than two minutes on several occasions. The location was excellent, steps from great restaurants and nightlife.

The hotel should inform the customer about the $45.00 charge for overnight parking. The room was very small. The walls were scuffed up - needs new paint. The wallpaper is coming off the walls as well. For the price of this room, I would expect to have decent toilet paper and tissue paper - not one you would find in a public restroom. I ordered iced coffee with my breakfast - no ice in it. Thin walls.
