Liked: The bath and the bed...gave us a complimentary breakfast which was nice of them
Disliked: Tv did not work...was very small and very old...the decor is dated and the shower needs to be updated also.

Not on short list to...

Liked: Location is ideal, very close to the royal opera house, restaurants and covernt gardens. Staff are friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were in room 304, right next to the elevator, not only was we able to hear people coming and going but also the sound of the elevator motor. We are light sleepers so very annoying. On booking I did request through special requests not a room near public gathering aeras such as elevators. The room is slightly higher than the elevator floor so we thought nothing of it, however when we came back to the hotel from a very nice evening and laid in bed we was woken up early morning from the elevator motor going up and down the floors. Very annoying.We should have asked to move rooms. But it was early morning and didnt want to repack and get out of bed. I woukd advise any light sleepers to not accept room 304. Breakfast was OK other than the toast was cold probably prepared in bulk at 7am we asked for fresh toast but still came to us cold.We woukd not return to this hotel the next time we are in London. Other than that We still enjoyed our time in London.
