Superb

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, great location for the venues we attended, close to the light rail, easy access from Newcastle Interchange. Our room overlooked Hunter Street but we did not experience any noise issues.
Disliked: Only one complaint was that we could not open any windows.

Our stay was very good...

Liked: The view was very pretty, it was in close proximity to a lot of shops so we didn’t have to drive everywhere. We ordered some food from the kitchen and it was delivered to our room which was very appreciated and the food was very good.
Disliked: Their wasn’t much bad with the room at all, the only thing was the beds were a bit hard but apart from that everything was amazing
