Liked: Free parking out the back. Nice interior decoration. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. Walking distance to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Short drive to the marina and Mt Maunganui.
Disliked: No freezer section in the fridge. Kitchen smells from the floor below coming up through bathroom. No milk in fridge to use with tea/coffee facilities.

Liked: Nice spacious room, quality bed & bedding & Ashley & Co toiletries provided. Black out blinds, large bathroom, had everything we needed.

Liked: Beautifully presented and spacious room. Good amenities. I thought the rooms were a lot nicer than the photos led me to expect.We loved sitting on the restaurant balcony for breakfast and drinks.
Disliked: The bed was too soft for my liking, but that may be personal taste.
