Absolute GARBAGE charged for a...

Liked: Nothing! The person at the front desk turned me away, stating he did not have a reservation for me. I was asked if I prepaid. I told him I booked through an agent and asked him to give me a chance to find my VERIFIED reservation. He would not give me the time of day and continued to speak over my please. I was told that even if I had one, I didn't pay ahead and I didn't state when I was coming in, so he gave it away and there were no other rooms for me. This man put me out on the street at 3:00 am. I had to pay double for another hotel and spent hours finding one that would take me in. I just called the Inn when I saw I was CHARGED for the stay, I assume it is the same clerk because when I told him of the mistake he said I'd have to call back. He would not GIVE ME HIS NAME AND HUNG UP ON ME. It has to be the same person! What a completely horrible experience
Disliked: The service was non-existent. The clerk refused to troubleshoot my confirmation and put me out on the street at 3:00 am WITH a confirmed reservation. The clerk couldn't be hassled to even give me 2 minutes to find proof of it and sent me outside and locked the door. The whole encounter took less than 5 minutes. He told me I didn't have a reservation, he told me it was because I didn't pay ahead or tell them when I was coming in. Both of those statements were 100% incorrect. I was told my reservation, which he first said I didn't have, was given away and at 3 am, I was left to find somewhere else to stay.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The wear and tear on the rooms was more than a little. The hallway smelled terrible from someone who had placed fast food trash outside their door, and it was there for at least 24 hours.

Liked: It was affordable.
Disliked: The upkeep of the room was horrible. The trim on the bathroom door was coming off. The rug was worn out to the point it look like a hole and you could see the cement floor. The seal around the floor under the sink was coming off.
